HAPPY NEW YEAR!

As we reflect on 2020, we have all been affected by the global pandemic. Changes brought about new ways of doing business and we thank all of our clients and vendors for adapting quickly as we navigated ways to assist in the home buying and selling process with enhanced safety precautions.  Despite the challenges, we are encouraged by the positive real estate sales market and record low interest rates giving buyers more purchasing power than ever before.
A New Year is like a blank book, and the pen is in your hands. It is your chance to write a beautiful story for yourself.  Wishing you a healthy and prosperous 2021!

The Asian and Hispanic populations are growing steadily, and they are more likely than whites to live in a multigenerational household, according to the Pew Research Center report. Skyrocketing rents and home prices, especially in some cities, are also affecting a growing number of people. Many of them decide to move back to their homes, especially those who are struggling to get good-paying jobs or still paying off student debt. Likewise, adult children offer their home to their aged parents as a convenient and cost-effective option. Continued....
