Dee Carlson's lifelong journey into the world of Real Estate was preordained. Growing up as the daughter of James Hardman, Jr., the proprietor of Hardman Real Estate and Development, Inc. in Parsons, Kansas, she was immersed in the industry from an early age. Throughout her high school years and while pursuing her education at Labette Community College, Dee actively contributed to the family business.

Upon completing her studies, Dee relocated to Wichita to further her education. She subsequently graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in Business Administration, with a specialized focus on Marketing. Her career in the real estate arena commenced when she assumed the role of Advertising Coordinator at a local real estate firm. For five productive years, she excelled in this position before making a pivotal move to The Carnahan Group in 2006, where she took on the role of Director of Marketing and Residential Listings. Shortly thereafter, Dee obtained her Real Estate license and has been ardently serving clients in their real estate endeavors since 2006.

Dee's passion lies in the meticulous marketing and advertising of each property, coupled with close collaboration with sellers to ensure swift and lucrative home sales – all while helping clients discover the home of their dreams.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Dee cherishes her quality time with her husband, Tyson. Together, they navigate a whirlwind of sporting events for their two sons, Braedyn and Carter, making the most of their precious family moments.
